The Dakota Alert WMT-3000 is the perfect transmitter for outdoor use with its weatherproof casing, subtle looking design and built-in infrared (PIR) beam.

The WMT Transmitter is the perfect device for keeping an eye on certain parts of your property. With its built-in passive infrared (PIR) beam, it can detect people of vehicles up to 80 ft. in front of it! When it does detect something, the WMT Transmitter sends a wireless signal up to 600 ft.* to the WR-3000 receiver to warn you about it.

The Dakota WMT-3000 is also low maintenance! It can run off of a single 9V battery and is completely weatherproof so it can be placed in nearly any outdoor location (side of tree, beside rock etc.).

With multiple transmitters, you can even set up a system which monitors up to four zones at the same time! The transmitters can be programmed so they will each sound a different tone at the receiver which is perfect for those with a large amount of property and want to ensure maximum detection coverage.
